An excellent dark Russian mafia romance—fun, quick, and dramatic. Rai is the standout: she's sharp, strong, and refuses to be overshadowed by anyone. Kyle's backstory unravels slowly—and that's what keeps you reading. Twists and betrayals throughout, and figuring out who's trustworthy is half the fun. Spoiler: no one is. Ends on a cliffhanger that had me immediately picking up the next one.
