StandaloneBritt's take
One of the most complex, thought-provoking books I've read in a long time — and I wasn't prepared for how dark it gets. Follows a scientist reintroducing wolves to the Scottish Highlands. It pulled me in immediately and didn't let go, and just when I thought I had the mystery figured out, I realized I was wrong. I'm recommending it and also recommending you don't read it if you're not in the headspace for something dark. Proceed accordingly.
