Light, cute, and easy—the kind of book you curl up with when you want to turn off your brain. A canceled romance author flees to Alaska to write a murder mystery and ends up stuck in a plot straight out of one of her own books. A few parts had me genuinely laughing, which I say as someone who doesn't usually go for romcoms.
